The Notice Board by MannyGT adds new and alternative radiant (and side) quests. It was inspired from other good games like The Witcher which make use of notice boards in their gameplay.

Notice Board is a must have in my list. I would disable capturing the bandit boss. It's kinda weird. Let's say you fight 5 bandits, you make leader kneel and suddenly everyone stops being hostile. So.. meh. But you can disable this quest I guess. If you're careful it's nice and you shouldn't need any patch.
